In addition to offering highly competitive salaries, PSI has created a generous benefits package featuring a premiere health plan. 

Vacations: Vacation accrues on a monthly basis from the date of hire. New hires accumulate vacation at a rate of two weeks per year for each of the first three years of employment. Beginning their fourth year of employment, they accrue vacation at a rate of three weeks per year.

Holidays: PSI employees enjoy eleven holidays per year.

Sick Leave: Full time employees accrue 4 hours per month of sick leave.

Additional Paid Time Off: After a three month waiting period, full time employees are also eligible for paid time off for jury duty and bereavement leave.

Retirement: PSI offers a Fidelity 401K program consisting of over 40 mutual funds. The program allows all eligible employees to defer up to 90% of their compensation, or up to $16,500 in 2009 (whichever is less) towards retirement. PSI will provide matching contributions up to 4% of the employee’s compensation. Employees are eligible to join this program after three months of service. Upon becoming eligible, employees are immediately vested in the plan.

Health Insurance: PSI recognizes that there is no single health plan that is perfect for all employees. By partnering with a Professional Employment Organization (PEO), Parietal Systems is able to offer a comprehensive array of options so employees can choose the plan that best meets their needs. In virtually all cases, Parietal Systems pays 100% of the cost of medical coverage for employees, their spouses and their dependent children. 

Dental Insurance: PSI pays for 100% of employee and dependent premiums.

Vision Insurance: PSI pays for 100% of employee and dependent premiums.

Prescription Drug Benefits: PSI's health insurance includes a prescription drug benefit

No-coverage allowance: If you choose to waive health care coverage and have another group health plan in place, PSI will provide you with a $250 allowance per pay period.

Life Insurance: PSI provides life insurance to the employee in the amount of 2.5 times salary, with a maximum benefit of $300,000.

Disability Insurance: PSI provides long-term disability coverage with a monthly benefit of 60% of salary up to age 65.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible spending accounts allow you to allocate pre-tax dollars to address healthcare and dependent daycare related expenses..

Private Offices: PSI provides a private office and laptop computers for all onsite employees.

Flex Time:  Different people are productive at different times of the day. Depending upon their assignment, PSI allows each employee to set his/her daily schedule, around the core hours of 9:00 and 3:00. Employees may elect to begin their day as early at 7:00 a.m., or as late as 10:00 a.m.

Other Benefits:  Through our relationship with TriNet, PSI is able to offer a wide array of "big company" benefits, including credit union membership, hotel and theme park discounts, work/life solutions, and a variety of optional insurance plans available at employee expense.
